#18 Crash on "new project" / cancel
If I choose File / New Project, and then press cancel, pgDesigner reports the following error, and then closes:
This application has raised an unexpected error and must abort.
[29] Invalid object.
CProjectContainer.RemoveProject.72
This is running version 1.2.8. I know that's not the most current, and maybe it's fixed in a later version. OTOH, it is the version being distributed with Ubuntu 9.10, so it's likely to get a lot of use and exposure. If there's a way to get it fixed or updated, that would be great. Thanks.
On a side note that's really an Ubuntu issue, pgDesigner is installed into the "System Tools" category, but it seems that "Programming" would be a better fit.
Thank you for the advice on the Category, I'll remember that.
However, version 1.2.8 is very old.
Unfortunately I can not do anything about it, because the problem is linked to its old version.
The only thing I can advise you try to use the sources, after downloading them from the repository and compiled in Gambas2 environment.
