Is /usr/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Net listed in the list of directories
returned by the following command?

 % perl -e 'print "@INC"'

If not, you will want to include 

  use lib '/usr/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Net';

before

  use NET::LDAP;
