    Add 8byte array as first member of PDL_Union
    
    And add initialization to { 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0}
    to declaration of PDL_Anyval variables.  That means we
    should be able to test for equality of the value member
    of PDL_Anyval using byte compares.
