Using libjavacard in hibiscus/jameica, it is much easier to select the reader using the
index of reader input field.
So I added a compile flag to select the appropiate reader select method, default is unchanged.

The Makefile patch further updates the Makefile to respect DESTDIR and to install into /usr/lib
and to match strip the library.
