Hi, For me pcb2gcode only works properly on "Manhatan" shapes (vertical, horizontals, not diagonals or rounded). I'm working on a patch but it does not work yet and I have no time for that. It is difficult to describe the bug. The radius shift performed on the edge of the pixels, not on the true smoothed shape.
