Title:
  PCB DRC incorrectly reports a clearance error

Status in PCB: Printed Circuit Board CAD package:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The PCB below contains one component and two polygons. The screen shows at least 9mils of
  clearance between all copper areas. The DRC for copper clearance is set to 7.39mils.
  The DRC fails. 

  If the DRC is changed to 6.39mils it passes.
  If the polygon that is on top of C20-1 is moved up 1mil the DRC passes.

  PCB version is 20140316.
