A client is consistently receiving an error "Incorrect passkey, not a PasswordSafe database, or a corrupt database".
This is the proper passkey, no one has changed it, and this is the correct database,
I created a new database, attempted to pull in an incremental backup that had been created, and received the same error message.
Is there any way to resolve this issue?
