#715 Installation Configuration items
Allow various configuration options and database to be set as part of the installation process.
To rollout PwSafe to a team of users, I'd like to 'preconfigure' it with various options at installation/first use - such as creating a default personal database, with a default entry in it to start a 'common' shared database.
The personal database could be built with a default password, set to expire immediately.
This would allow new team members to get up and running with accessing pwsafe and the team shared database files very quickly and easily.
NOTE - command line options to do the same things would do the job, I could provide a batch file for a new team member to run, to setup their personal db and connection entry to a team db, and provide the shared password separately.
Just wanting to avoid the situation where someone unfamiliar with the software has to try and set things up manually.
