#1286 Tree view collapses when unminimized

If I open up the tree view to a particular place and then minimize the app, the tree is collapsed when the app is unminimized. It should preserve the last view, including selection. This is extremely important when you're dealing with apps that log you out quickly.

The only time the tree should collapse is if a) I've selected an initial view of collapsed, and b) I've just opened the database. Note that simply unlocking an auto-locked database should also resume with the previous view.

Has any progress been made on this? This problem hits me dozens of times a day and is therefore my most annoying problem with the application.

Ticket #1317 is Windows related, whereas #1407 refers to the WxWidgets/Linux version.
Since a fix was provided for the reported bug in ticket #1407 this ticket will be closed.

This is huge, thanks! I don't see the fix in 1.05 (from Debian backports). In what Linux version and when do you anticipate that this fix will be distributed?
