    I'm having trouble reproducing this, and the minidump is a bit odd.
    - What version of windows are you running?
    - Minidump indicates that the executable is name e11c5f79.exe - any idea what this means?

      XP; e11c5f79.exe is a symlink to pwsafe.exe
      new test database (password = test) and new minidump created by target pwsafe.exe attached

    I can reproduce this with your original test database, although not with one of mine and I am working on a fix.
