#1152 Linux: 'add' & 'delete' icons still active in R/O mode

This is similar to issue 981 on Windows, but it applies to version 0.92(beta) for Linux.

In short: when pwsafe is run in readonly mode, it still is possible to change and delete entries, but the changes are silently lost.
