#1123 Browse + autotype fails in linux beta

'Browse to URL + Autotype' fails to execute properly, while use of 'Browse to URL' followed by 'Perform Auto Type' seems to work perfectly with exactly the same entry.

'Browse to URL + Autotype' is visually and functionally indistinguishable from 'Browse to URL' in all the sites I've tried so far.

Version information follows, let me know if an example database would be useful. I'm happy to help.

Password Safe version: Password Safe (linux) v0.8 (5006) beta.
Default browser: rekonq (the same behaviour is shown in firefox as alternate browser)
KDE 4:4.10.5-0ubuntu0.1 on Kubuntu 13.04

Linux Odin 3.8.0-30-generic #44-Ubuntu SMP Thu Aug 22 20:52:24 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

"Browse to URL + Autotype" is not fully implemented on Linux. It actually is just "Browse to URL". To implement it like it works on Windows, we'd need to detect when the Browser is done navigating to start autotyping, but I don't know of any way to do that on Linux.

One possibility was to just assume the browser is done navigating after a (configurable) number of seconds and then autotype. But just in case the browser is not done loading the page fully by then, there is the risk of autotyping the password on a plain un-masked text field.
