#1099 Translation not complete

The feature "show subset of password" creates a pop up. In this pop up, the title is translated. But the main text is not.
I checked, and the translated text is in the po file. So should also be in the dll.

Please note the labels "Positions" and "Value" are also not translated.

A DLL with fixes to the translations (from Bert) has been uploaded to
http://pwsafe.org/tmp/3.31/pwsafeNL.dll

To use it, fully exit PasswordSafe (via File->Exit), then replace the existing pwsafeNL.dll file with the new one. The file is in the same directory as the PasswordSafe executable, pwsafe.exe.
