PAP Modder is a feature-rich theme manager for the fabulous PortableApps.com Platform (https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps). The current PortableApps.com Platform has some themes on-board, but it does not handle custom themes. This gap is bridged by the PAP Modder. You can apply themes, restore the default theme and create your own themes. Advanced themes can use hex patches to gain the maximum customization. This allows to change the position and size of labels and buttons.
