#6 Paintbrush silently saves .tiff file as a PNG without renami

1. Open foo.tiff in Paintbrush
2. Hit Cmd-S
3. File foo.tiff is saved in PNG format while still being named foo.tiff

Checked on latest 3.0 branch source code. Seems solved.
