[Pagekit-users] update docs on www.pagekit.org

Hi,

The docs on pagekit.org were damaged ( some important index pages are empty ). 
This was happend when I updateted them the last time ~26th Nov. Paul G Weiss 
noted this and now all is in place again. Thanks.

New online guide, new ps and pdf.
