This, if i understand it, is hard to do. Our cache is also in the View and 
has to be unique. Also the cache is erased if the server starts up. This will 
be done twice or more if you share the Model. Also your custom pkit_startup 
is called more as once.

The next thing is that the View/Default it is the default where we store 
something that is the same for all views.

maybe you can get your effect without change to PageKit with some magic in 
pkit_common_code or pkit_fixup_uri and the Apache directive NamedVirtualHost.
