[Padict-developer] Hires support for PalmOS 4

Hi Res support in PADict is only available for PalmOS
5 machines with HiResolution screens.

If there are requests for it it is possible to
implement the support for PalmOS 4 machines.

Depending on wether I receive request for this I will
do it or go on with the other features I would like
improved/added
