#23 Ask for password twice when creating encrypted archive

p7zip currently asks the user for the password only one time when attempting to create an encrypted archive.

This is dangerous, as we cannot be certain the user has not entered a typo when creating the archive. The result of this being that the files are locked away forever, or until the user can figure out what the typo is/was.

So my request/suggestion is to prompt the user for the password twice, and compare them to be sure they are the same before creating the encrypted archive.
