According to the 7-zip documentation, there is a 4GB dictionary limit for LZMA compression!
7-zip, a 32-bit x86 program, obviously cannot create archives with such a large dictionary, only decompress them.
So p7zip MUST create them!

p7zip is a port of 7-zip.
the aim of p7zip is not to create an incompatible 7z archive.
Moreover, I am not sure that "bigger dictionnary than 4GB" really means lower compression ratio ...
So why is absolutely necessary to have dictionnary bigger than 4GB ?
