If the properties are annotation properties then this is fine in OWL- DL (the annotation will be an OWLObjectAnnotation), otherwise, it's OWL-Full and you'll get a corresponding individual (with the same name as the class) with a property assertion pointing to the individual - in this case Amiodarone_Base.
