OpenQuote 1.3 Early Access 2 Release Notes

The OpenQuote team are excited to announce the availability of the second early access release of OpenQuote 1.3. Many new features and enhancements have been added, details of which can be found on the project wiki (link below).

Please be aware that this release is intended to make new features available as soon as possible. If you are looking for the most stable release, please use 1.2SP1.
