I don't think anyone has sucessfully compiled OpenVRML on anything newer than CodeWarrior 5.3 since OpenVRML 0.10.x. In other words, it needs some work to get it to build using CodeWarrior under the classic Mac OS. BuildAll is in the source archive on CVS but has not been updated for a while. BuildAll appears to be missing in the distribution... All the CodeWarrior build files are for CW5.3. John F. Richardson on this list has been looking at getting the code to compile under CodeWarrior 6, but I don't think he managed to resolve all the compiler-related problems he had. At the moment, it is easier to get OpenVRML to compile on Mac OS X using the developer CD that comes with the OS, or to compile an older version of OpenVRML.
