[openvrml-develop] node-modules branch merged

I've merged the last leg of the node-modules work onto the trunk.  This
moves the concrete node implementations into various dlopen'd shared
libraries (or LoadLibrary-opened DLLs on Windows).

This reduces libopenvrml to the core runtime that it should be.  It also
improves the runtime's extensibility and provides a clearer path for
extending OpenVRML with new nodes.

If you're using the trunk, you now need to define another environment
variable when running from the build directories so that libopenvrml
knows where to find the node implementations:

        OPENVRML_NODE_PATH=/path/to/builddir/src/node
