A new command has been added to the Opensched XML branch. This command, named "encoding" allows to set the encoding of the project file. This information is copied in the XML reports.

opensched-xml.0.2 released

A new version of the XML adventure has been released: opensched-xml.0.2.
Now, the monthly_* commands are replaced by XSL transformations.

But take care this version is EXPERIMENTAL. Lot of work should be done before a stable release. For example, the XML output will probably be revisited.

opensched-xml.0.1 released

I released the really first version of the rewrite of opensched with XML technos. This version is a solution to offer better experience for users who want to modify the outputs. Hacking XSLT is considered more simpler than hacking the C code.

Actually, only a few commands have been replaced by XSLT transformations: texreport, txtreport, htmlreport, weekly_txt, weekly_tex, weekly_html.

More will be available soon.... read more

XML rewrite started

XML is THE nowadays technology to store and manipulate data.
In the branches/xml, I'm experiencing a rewrite of opensched with XML in mind.

Actually, the only job done is a XSL style sheet to convert the XML report produced by opensched in the Text report's format.
