Hi, I agree we should have some helper system to watch a single file. It can either be within the same package, or if we want to keep that as a clean duplication of the Java7 API, somewhere else (e.g. n.s.o.util.watcher.file - we probably need to exclude n/s/o/util/watcher directory from Android in any case).
