That question is kinda like "is it within walking distance?". Depends  
on how far you like to walk.

It should be possible to use a different servlet engine, but some work  
would have to be done to convert the authentication scheme and the  
basic configuration into a format useable by that software.

It should also be possible to use a different RDBMS (and we have sent  
out proposals for supporting Oracle, but no one has purchased that  
project as of yet). OpenNMS does load in a number of functions,  
specifically IPLIKE, that would need to be ported to the new database,  
and some of the SQL may be Postgres specific, such as ORDER BY IP  
Address.

Nope. I almost didn't let your post through since only members can  
post. If you are not willing to take the most basic step of subscribing  
to this list, and thus in some small way joining the community, I don't  
feel like taking the extra step of catering to you on a one-to-one  
basis. Sorry, but running the project is enough work as it is (I had to  
examine over 100 posts this morning, most of it spam) that I have to
