[opennms-install] Problem running opennms

All, 

I've gotten opemmns up and running.  I had to reboot the server yesterday.
Now OpenNMS doesn't start correctly (couldn't log in to the web console).
So I shutdown tomcat4, opennms and postgresql, in that order.  Then I
started the services back up, postgresql, opennms, tomcat4, in that order.
I cat log into the web console, but a status of opennnms services shows
start_pending for a VERY long time.  What happened?
