Thank you John, but, can you help me to do it?

I have configured the 'Count' item to summarize the number of events during
the problem time.

But, How can I configure, to create after the Normal/Cleared event, a new
alarm, with a new alarm ID?

Can anybody help me to get it? I would be very grateful
