Those are the guidelines if followed, however is has only worked on one of
three test severs.

I did add these protocols though

use-cdp-discovery="true" use-ip-route-discovery="true"
enable-vlan-discovery="true"

My personal opinion is that linkd is still quite buggy. Hopefully it does
get worked out soon.
