[opennms-install] problem with command install

Hallo everybody,

 

I'm trying to install on a server with a Linux Centos5.1 distribution
the the OpenNMS version 1.2.9-1 using this rpm:
opennms-1.2.9-1_centos4.i386.rpm

 

I've just installed all software that need for the installation
mentioned in the documentation
(http://www.opennms.org/documentation/installguide.html) like
pre-required: RRD Tools, Pastgresql, Java and tomcat 4.

 

In the point of the documentation concerning the command "install" in
the dir OpenNMS/bin I can see on the documentation:

3.3.2. Run the Installer to Setup the PostgreSQL Database

# $OPENNMS_HOME/bin/install -disU

 

But after that I give the command I get this message:

 

#install -disU

install: invalid option - i

If I try to give the command without the option I I get the same error
message but for option U

[root@..]# install -dsU

install: invalid option - U

 

And finally if I give the command without options I get another message:

#install

install: missing file operand

Try `install --help' for more information.

 

Anybody can tell me a usefull information about to install my release?
