I figured, however, that gets difficult to manage when setting up specific definitions for nodes in snmp-config.xml because the single setting in the collector will override everything in snmp-config because you'd have to setup separate collectd-configuration packages to manage the SNMP parameters properly and that would be a pita. I see from the AgentConfig debug output that you must have had the max-vars-per-pdu configured in the collectd-configuration set to 50. It will be interesting to see what happens with the first config I gave you since that will default back to 10. This is the value I thought your collections were using.
