Summary: Scrolls in Dawn of Time 'bumpy'

Initial Comment:
The text scrollers in Dawn of Time don't look good. The
lower half of them is either lagging behind and bumpy
(1st scroller in the demo) or is just lagging behind
(2nd scroller). The last scroller looks fine though
(during the part with the sweeping bars).
