Cylita, So you're seeing this kind of message in your logs? [Warn] Presence Point "x" at (long,lat) has no environment. It will be discarded. Pay attention to the coordinates in the message. The first value is longitude and the second latitude. If this is incorrect, you're probably specifying them in wrong order in your points file. If this is not the problem, try simplifying your experiment. Use Bioclim algorithm with a single layer, then progressively add the other layers until you find out which one is masking out all points.
