Summary: Insert Procurve 6120 switch sets and doesn't clear alarms

Initial Comment:
When you pull ProCurve 6120 Switch (Switch 1) then re-insert it, the following two sensors are in a DISABLED state after the swtich enters the ACTIVE hot-swap state.  There are sensor events in DEL for these being asserted, however there are NO sensor events when they are cleared (event they are currently cleared in hpitree).
