I am using OpenIPMI 1.3.18. The logs show there is no hpi connectivity at all on my board.

     I am having problems with hpigetevents. On my board, I start hpigetevents to wait for any event generated as following:

Go and get the event 


Then I run test tool to generate events from threshold temperature sensors and they do not show up to hpegetevents. Then I do "ctrl-c" to exit hpigetevents and run hpiel to read events log, I am able to see the generated events. The logs are below. Does anyone see this problem with hpigetevents before? Is there a known bug that I did not know?
