#21 Installation interfere with ordinary Cygwin installation

Hi,

we enconter some problem during an installation of Cygwin after previous openGrads installation.

Description:
Try to install Cygwin and get some errors about postinstall scripts. After deleting the fresh installed files under cygwin root dir and the registry entry for grads the next installation works perfect.
