If you are using Python 2.3 the following installer should do the trick: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/numpy/Numeric-23.7.win32-py2.3.exe?download If not, find something appropriate at: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=1369&package_id=1351 I gather you decided to go ahead and try to build the pkgsrc stuff from scratch instead of getting a prepared build tree? If no one else volunteered, I was willing to provide one. Building stuff from scratch can be a painful and time intensive process.
