just downloaded and installed v. 4.2.0 on a Windows test bed. however, i'm not seeing any of the ICD10 codes. it seems i'm missing some tables or such.
i've perused the forums a bit, and i've seen references to an "External Load", but i'm not sure where to go for more info.
