Polling with radio buttons would be a nice feature in this instance.

    True North,

take a dive into the WIKI pages swimming pool.

May be you should rephrase your question.

    Suggestions that need answers:
    1. Where do you want to implement?
    2. What are the financial resources?
    3. How are the clients connected with each doctor?
    4. How are the revenues of the work provided collected and paid?
    5. What language do the patients and doctors speak up in True North?
    6. Do the Doctors use ICPC or ICD for coding of the encounters?

More important question is not "if can it be done" but what do you want to accomplish. Twenty doctors in one space working together is easy with OpenEMR, but you need the infrastructure.

YES it can be done, but depending on your doctor<=>patient relationship OpenEMR might need some fine-tuning.

Remember: OpenEMR is an International product and even Primary Care differs a lot and depends for its IT implementation on very many different options.

I am a General Physician in Curacao, working more or less as General physicians (primary Care) like it is done in the Netherlands(>15 Million inhabitants). But even my small country setting there are many differences in providing health care between doctors for the 150.000 inhabitants of our Country.

Maybe, fsgl is willing to show us how to make a poll with one of the many free sites available, so we might get an up to date impression on WHO is using, and HOW is it done and more relevant questions, so we can make an up to date WIKI page for persons interested in OpenEMR.

ALSO: There might even be a doctor within not to far distance willing to show you how OpenEMR is implemented in their place.

Thanks Pieter- I am familiar with implementing OpenEMR in the 1-3 provider space. As we expand and start promoting we may get inquiries from larger practices. It would be helpful to reference practices with >5 providers in a traditional setting. I am going to build a survey monkey and post.
