[Openca-Users] Web moved to sourceforge

Hi all,

I have moved the web services to the sourceforge to allow better and
faster browsing. Please check if some links are broken or not working.

This is just a test period, if all goes well we'll be moving there
(I think).

Browsing to http://www.openca.org will redirect you to the
http://openca.sourceforge.net site.
