Hi Danny,

I am unsure there is such a command in OpenBTS CLI, though a simple way you
can iniate a outside-openbts-call :
 - Create a softphone profile in sip.conf
 - Use a softphone like zoiper with the details you just created
 - Initiate the call from the softphone to your mobile.
