Hi all, I'm at Congress, but haven't get it well yet. So, I propose that we schedule the meeting at 21:45 Berlin time, right after "GSM: SRSLY?" lecture. I hope we will be able to find some not too noisy place, may be at "GSM" room on the 2nd floor? Let's get together at/after "GSM: SRSLY?" lecture and sort this out. I hope to get my GSM local phone to get working tomorrow, so try to call me with 9876 extension. What I worry about is how can we get decent sound quality for remote users (David and Donald)? One approach is just to pass a mic to the active speaker physically. If you have other solutions in your mind - please share. I wish we had a good conference omni-directional conference mic on hands.. Going to get some sleep now. I can't survive two nights without sleep in a row. PS I've never seen soooo long and complex queues as here in front of ticketing office. Our luck we've been at the very beginning of it. Seems people at the end of the queue will get their tickets right at morning. PPS What a strange country - there are 500euro banknote here, but we were not able to find a shop which agrees to take it. Isn't it strange you can't pay with money you have? -- Regards, Alexander Chemeris. |
