[Openbts-discuss] openbts tarball in public domain

Hi,

I am wondering if the openbts tarbar 2.3 or 2.4 is in public domain yet?

I am trying to get openbts to run on gumstrix but the OE folks can't help to
resolve the .bb issue if the file is not public.

Does anyone know the status of it?
