Hi, just wanted to let you know that I had success compiling openbabel with g++-3.0, you probably know that yourself I guess. The only suspicious warning (apart from those 'comparison between signed and unsigned') was ring.h: In copy constructor `OpenBabel::OBRing::OBRing(const OpenBabel::OBRing&)': ring.h:42: warning: member initializers for `OpenBabel::OBBitVec OpenBabel::OBRing::_pathset' ring.h:41: warning: and `std::vector<int, std::allocator<int> > OpenBabel::OBRing::_path' ring.cpp:350: warning: will be re-ordered to match declaration order I did not test the resulting executable extensivly though. bye, Michael |
