You will not be able to build glibc with an open64-based compiler without a lot of work. Glibc requires a _lot_ of gcc extensions that are not implemented in open64. (We've achieved it for our own retargeted version of open64, but it was several months of blood, sweat and tears.) If you _have_ to build glibc then you'll have to build it with gcc. (But I think that is unlikely to be necessary because a prebuilt version should be available). Stephen. |
