It's a bit sneaky: call using the URI sip:destnum@desthost;OPAL-Calling-Party-Number=501 A little more detail: all parameters "OPAL-xxxx" are converted to a connection string option "xxxx". Look though the source for OPAL_OPT_* for various available options.
