Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Rick McGuire (bigrixx) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Interpreter should cache exit routine addresses. Initial Comment: There's a fair amount of overhead involved with resolving the various system exit handlers each time an exit is called. This can result in some fairly significant performance problems for frequently called exists (such as the function exit). The interpreter should resolve the exit handler addresses at startup, then just use that address for each of the calls rather than call the rxapi server to re-resolve each time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=1004872&aid=1844941&group_id=119701 |
