I looked at this license some time ago when Jon was getting together the RexxTill program. I just reviewed it quickly. I have no objection to changing the license. Having said that, the details of what changing the license entails are unclear to me. If we change the license on say, February 1 2012, does that mean all contributions after that date are under the new license, but prior contributions are under the old license? If prior contributions are changed to the new license, maybe a moot point if that is not the case, won't we have to get some type of formal agreement for every prior contributor?
