Ah, I see your problem now with the bug list. the Oorexx-bugs list is not the mechanism for reporting a bugs, it's just a mailing list that people can subscribe to in order to see the bug tracking messages. To report a bug, you need to use the bug tracker: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=119701&atid=684730 These problems are already fixed, so there's no need to open a report on this.
